采用觸摸屏操作，全中文顯示，分有斗和無斗稱重結(jié)構(gòu)，所有機(jī)械動(dòng)作由氣缸完成，可自動(dòng)完成進(jìn)料、稱重、放料、夾袋（人工）、縫包、計(jì)包等工序，與物料接觸部件采用sus304不銹鋼，測(cè)重傳感器采用瑞士梅特勒-托利多品牌，氣動(dòng)元器件采用日本CKD品牌，包裝速度快，稱重穩(wěn)定、準(zhǔn)確、可靠。

-具有超差報(bào)警、出錯(cuò)提示、日志存儲(chǔ)、U盤下載等功能。

-適合各種具備自流狀態(tài)的顆粒物料、100目以內(nèi)的細(xì)沙類型物料。

-粉狀物料采用螺旋輸送方式進(jìn)料稱重。

-包裝秤料倉配有上下料位裝置，控制提升機(jī)的啟停。

-配有皮帶輸送機(jī)、雙線縫包機(jī)、塑料薄膜封口機(jī)、空壓機(jī)。

-配有除塵管道接口。

-可與掃碼、防偽、追溯系統(tǒng)配套對(duì)接。

It adopts touch screen operation and full Chinese display. It is divided into bucket and bucket free weighing structure. All mechanical actions are completed by cylinder, which can automatically complete the processes of feeding, weighing, discharging, bag clamping (manual), sewing and bag counting. SUS304 stainless steel is used for the parts contacting with materials. The weight sensor is made of METTLER TOLEDO brand in Switzerland, and the pneumatic components are made of CKD brand in Japan with packaging speed It is stable, accurate and reliable.

-Equipped with belt conveyor, double line sewing machine, plastic film sealing machine, air compressor.
